On Duty is a unique wellness-focused service from K9 Doodie Patrol, designed to help dogs stay happy, healthy, and mentally stimulated through regular, structured exercise — delivered right to your doorstep. Their state-of-the-art mobile gym is a climate-controlled van equipped with a non-motorized dog treadmill (“slatmill”) that lets dogs walk, trot, or run at their own pace in a safe and fun environment. Whether it’s too hot, too cold, or too rainy for outdoor play, On Duty brings a perfect 30-minute workout straight to your home in New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.
With options for single sessions or a monthly membership (multiple runs per month at a reduced rate), On Duty helps dogs:

Brothers Joel and Armando Rosario grew up in a home where dogs weren’t just pets — they were family. From an early age, the Rosario brothers learned the joy, responsibility, and unconditional love that come with caring for dogs. That lifelong bond is what inspires their work today as the proud owners of On Duty Mobile Dog Gym.
Joel, a dedicated teacher, and Armando, a committed police officer, have built their business around a shared passion: helping dogs live healthier, happier, and more active lives. Their careers in public service reflect their values — compassion, responsibility, and community — and those same values drive everything they do for the dogs they serve.
At On Duty Mobile Dog Gym, Joel and Armando combine their love for animals with their desire to make fitness convenient, safe, and fun for every pup. Their mission is simple: to keep dogs healthy and active for as long as they’re alive, because dogs truly are man’s best friend.
